5.1 Calendlove uses Google's Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the platform. (i.e. use of your Gmail account to login). In addition, we use the API to manage your 'assistant's email' if your company uses the G-Suite and we use Calendlove's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

5.2 Calendlove's use specific Google API Scopes, and the purposes for which we use them are explained below: Scope calendar.eventsCalendlove requires access to your Calendar. This is essential for determining your availability, as well as scheduling and creating interviews on your behalf. Scope gmail.readonly. This scope is employed to access the Assistant's Gmail account in a read-only mode. This enables our system to read the Assistant's mailbox and initiate necessary communication with candidates.

 

5.3 Calendlove utilizes OpenAI GPT technology to parse and generate corresponding responses to third-party messages. Only the anonymized body of the message is shared with OpenAI. No email addresses, nor any other private information collected from the Google API, are shared with third parties.

5.4 Calendlove's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

5.5 Our system developers use your Google information to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent to your user experience. Calendlove policies and procedures define requirements that prohibit the unauthorized use of data within the platform.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
